Overtime store items are virtual goods for our Rust servers. Checkout runs through PayNow. Read this before you buy.
When we will refund
Duplicate or accidental charges we can confirm.
A package that never delivered after you opened a ticket with your Steam ID and PayNow receipt.
A refund PayNow or your payment provider requires us to issue.
When we will not refund
Change of mind after purchase.
Bans, wipes, map changes, or you stopping play.
Unused days on a monthly rank.
Chargebacks filed instead of a ticket. A chargeback can result in a store and network ban.
How to ask
Open a ticket on the website or from the Discord ticket embed. Include your Steam ID, Discord, PayNow order ID, and what you bought. We aim to reply within a few days.
